It starts perfectly and sounds good, at least until I put it in gear and try to move it. Just shifting into gear it is quiet....but as soon as I hit the throttle a bit, the noise starts. The 500 Rubicon you have is basically a Hydrostatic Pump that needs oil pressure. As where the 450 is a clutch with a shift drum. Check the oil pressure.
