Polaris ranger will turn over but won.

I would give it a little gas and it would start back up most times. But some times I would have to let it sit for a few minutes and then it would start. 4. Took the Ranger on 2-3 mile 40mph cruise to try to get fresh fuel into it. 5. Starting cycling the fuel pump (key to first position but not cranking) twice before trying to start. 6. Added Battery Tender since voltage on dash display dipped to 10.8 or so when cranking (I really don't know if this is normal or not).It's a Polaris 500 EFI Ranger and I put a new starter new battery new starter solenoid new ignition ... Tap them lightly with a screwdriver and have someone turn the key as your testing. Seemed to be running on one cylinder for a bit after start, but after running a few minutes would run ok. This weekend it started up fine.

It cranks over as it should. sounds smooth. fuel pump cuts in and builds up pressure on the pump itself and on the fuel rack where the injectors are located.
